Definition

「aunties」は「おばさん」の複数形で、家族の本当のおばさんや、親しい年上の女性を親しみを込めて呼ぶ言葉です。

子供や親しい間柄でよく使われます。実際の親族でなくても親しみや尊敬をこめて「おばさん」と呼ぶことがあります。

My aunties are visiting this weekend.

私の**おばさんたち**が今週末遊びに来ます。
