Definition
Uma pessoa ou grupo que ataca alguém ou algo, fisicamente ou verbalmente. No desporto, 'atacante' também é o jogador cujo objetivo principal é marcar pontos ou golos.

'Attacker' refere-se a quem inicia um ataque, seja em confronto, crime ou desporto. Nos desportos, 'atacante' é uma posição ofensiva. Não deve ser confundido com 'defensor'.
