Definition
"Tehlikede" veya "söz konusu" ifadesi bir şeyin kazanılabilecek, kaybedilebilecek ya da etkilenecek bir durumda olduğunu belirtir. Genellikle önemli bir şeyin risk altında olduğunu anlatır.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
'Tehlikede' ve 'söz konusu' ciddi bir risk veya önem belirtmek için kullanılır. Genellikle 'olmak' fiiliyle birlikte geçer. 'In danger' doğrudan zarar riski iken, 'at stake' daha geniş anlamda sonuç belirtir.
