它是「arrive」的過去式，表示某人或某物到達了某個地方，也可以表示某個預期的時刻或事件來到了。

'arrive in' 用於城市、國家和較大的區域，'arrive at' 用於建築物、活動或具體地點。'Arrive' 一般不直接接受詞，所以要說 'arrived at the station'，不說 'arrived the station'。
