「アリスト」とは、裕福な家柄や上流階級出身の人を指すスラングで、多くの場合その人が偉そう、またはお高くとまっているというニュアンスがあります。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に若者やイギリス英語で使われ、少しバカにした感じを出す表現です。「aristocrat」よりもカジュアルで、正式な場では使いません。
