何かが円弧のように曲がったり動いたりすること。または、電気で2点間にアーク放電が発生すること。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「arcing movement」はカーブや弧を描く動き、「electrical arcing」は電気の火花（アーク放電）を指します。「arching」（アーチ型になる）とは区別してください。
