形容某人很容易做某事，或某事很适合某种情况。也可以指某人学得很快。

偏正式用语，多用于 'apt to'（容易/倾向于）和 'an apt description/remark'（恰当的描述/评论）。现代口语中很少用来指 '很聪明/学得快'。勿与 'adapt' 混淆。
