개미가 땅 위에 흙이나 모래로 만든 작은 둑처럼 생긴 집이다.

'개미집' 또는 '개미둑'은 땅 위에 보이는 구조만을 가리키며, 땅속이나 다른 곳의 개미 집('ant nest')과 구분해야 한다.
