Un intento de hacer algo, especialmente cuando no estás seguro si tendrás éxito. Se usa para hablar de probar una actividad, tarea o experiencia al menos una vez.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa mucho de forma informal y en conversaciones. Normalmente va seguida de un sustantivo o gerundio ('un intento de bailar'). No se usa igual que el verbo 'intentar'. Expresiones similares: 'darle una oportunidad', 'probar'.
