খুবই সাহিত্যিক ও আনুষ্ঠানিক রূপ; সাধারণত ধর্মীয় (বিশেষত খ্রিস্টান) পরিস্থিতিতে শোনা যায়। মৃত্যু ছাড়াও ব্যাপক কষ্টের সময় বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। দৈনন্দিন ভাষায় খুব কম ব্যবহৃত, সাহিত্য বা গম্ভীর কথোপকথনে বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়।
