무엇인가가 쓸모없다는 것은 실제로 도움이 되지 않거나 효력이 없음을 의미합니다. 사람에게 쓰이면 무언가를 잘 못한다는 뜻이기도 합니다.

보통 사물, 조언, 노력에 많이 쓰며, 사람에게 쓰면 비판적으로 들릴 수 있으나 자신에겐 농담으로도 쓴다.
