指因外力撞擊頭部或突然劇烈疼痛，眼前產生閃光或點點光點的感覺。

屬於口語表達，常用於被撞到頭或劇烈疼痛後形容眼前一陣金星。不是真正指看到天上的星星，也有時形容暈眩。
