Estar por dentro de ou envolvido em algo, sobretudo se for secreto, privado ou exclusivo.

'In on' usa-se sempre com um objeto: 'in on the joke', 'in on the plan'. Usado para segredos, surpresas ou informação exclusiva. Não se usa para lugares. Tom informal.
