特定の人やグループを不公平に優遇すること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に職場や学校、家庭での不公平さを批判する時に使います。「show favoritism」「favoritismを受ける」などと組み合わせて使います。ネポティズム（家族優遇）とは異なります。
