تعبير غير رسمي، يُستخدم غالباً عند الحديث عن مشاكل تنظيمية أو إدارية حيث يتم تجاهل أشخاص أو أمور بسبب الإهمال. قريب من معنى 'slip through the cracks'. لا يُستخدم بمعنى حرفي أو رسمي.
