Definition

將某物（尤其是紙或布）揉成一團或弄皺，使其變得凌亂。通常指把東西揉成又小又亂的樣子。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多為口語用法，經常搭配“紙”、“便條”、“餐巾紙”、“衣服”等。既可以指實際上的揉皺，也可指丟棄。不要和“折疊”混淆，“crumple up”強調揉搓和壓扁。
