...で覆う
Definition
表面全体を何かで覆うこと。たいていは隠したり守ったりするために使う。「チョコレートで覆う」「ペンキで覆う」など素材と一緒に使う。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
“cover in” は物質や液体で全体を覆うときによく使う。アメリカ英語では “cover with” の方が多い傾向。話題や情報には使わない。
