遠回しに言うはっきり言わない

Definition

話したい本題や重要な点をはっきり言わず、遠回しに話すこと。面倒だったり気まずい話題によく使う表現。

日常会話やカジュアルな場面で使う表現。「get to the point」と同じように、相手に率直に話すよう促す時に便利です。フォーマルな文章ではあまり使いません。
