從中午12點到傍晚的一段時間，通常指中午到下午6點左右。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

“Afternoon” 是標準用詞。表達活動在這段時間需用 “in the afternoon”，不用 “at the afternoon”。 “Good afternoon” 是正式或禮貌的問候，中午到傍晚適用。注意不要和 “evening”（晚上）混淆。
