Definition

非常快地经过或突然经过，通常快到几乎察觉不到。可以指人或物的快速移动，也可以指时间过得很快。

属口语表达，常见于日常对话。常用于描述汽车、孩子、时间等非常快地过去。不能用于形容缓慢移动。和“飞驰而过”类似，但“zip by”更有速度和轻盈感。
