木薯是一種富含澱粉的塊根蔬菜,也稱作木薯,常在料理中使用,味道溫和且用法多變。

「木薯」有甜、苦兩種,苦木薯必須完全煮熟去毒。勿與觀賞植物「絲蘭」(yucca)混淆。常見料理有煮食、油炸或做木薯粉。
