ডিমের হলুদ অংশ, যেটা পুষ্টিকর এবং রান্না বা বেকিং-এ ব্যবহার করা হয়।

'Yolks' একাধিক ডিমের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। রেসিপিতে 'yolks' আলাদা করতে বলা হলে, ডিমের কুসুম আলাদা করতে হয়। 'yokes' শব্দের সঙ্গে গুলিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
