Definition

經常練習瑜伽的人，通常指熟悉並精通瑜伽的人。在印度，「瑜伽士」也指瑜伽大師或老師。

「瑜伽士」可泛指多位瑜伽練習者，也可以指熟練的修行者或老師。在西方通常比較口語，請勿與卡通角色「Yogi Bear」混淆。
