Torcer ou espremer algo, como um pano molhado, para tirar o máximo de líquido.

Normalmente usado para tecidos molhados, como toalhas ou roupa. Pode ser usado de forma figurativa ('wring out every drop of information'). Costuma ter um objeto: 'wring out the towel'. Não confundir com 'ring out'.
