Definition

手紙やレポートなどの正式な文章で、どの話題について述べるかを示すときに使われる表現です。特にビジネスや公的な場面で使われます。

非常にフォーマルな表現で、ビジネスや学術、公式文書で冒頭に使われます。「regarding」「concerning」と同様の意味ですが、より丁寧です。会話ではほぼ使いません。
