ウェブキャストは、インターネットを通じて同時に多くの人に配信されるライブまたは録画の映像・音声放送です。

主にイベントや会議、講演会のインターネット配信に使われるやや専門的な用語です。'ストリーミング'よりも公式・技術的な場面で使われます。'podcast'（音声のみ）とは異なります。
