Definition

特に目的もなく、あちこちを歩くこと。時間つぶしや周囲を見て回るときによく使われます。

「ぶらぶら歩く」「うろうろする」は気ままに歩き回る時に使います。「walk around」に比べて目的がない感じが強調されます。

We decided to wander around the city after lunch.
