"Wait upon" es formal y anticuado, se usa sobre todo en contextos de servicio formal o en la literatura. En conversaciones normales se usa "wait on" (para servir) y "wait for" (para esperar). No confundir "wait upon" (servir) con "wait for" (esperar algo).
