Usage Notes (Korean)

주로 공식 회의나 의회 등에서 사용됨. '법안을 부결하다', '제안을 부결시키다' 등으로 자주 쓰인다. 단순히 투표하거나 반대하는 것과 달리, 표결 결과로 공식적으로 기각된다는 뜻.
