「ベジ」は「野菜」を意味するカジュアルな略語で、会話やカジュアルな文でよく使われます。

イギリス英語でよく使われ、とてもカジュアルな表現です。アメリカ英語では”veggies”の方が一般的。‘veg out’は別の意味（ダラダラする）なので注意。

She always eats a lot of veg with her dinner.
