'Vast majority' সাধারণত 'of' এর পরে ব্যবহৃত হয়: 'the vast majority of people' মানে প্রায় সব মানুষ। এটি খুব বেশি শতাংশ বোঝায়, সাধারণ 'majority' (অধিকাংশ) কেবল অর্ধেকের বেশি হতে পারে।
