期待したほど良くなくて、がっかりしたと感じること。面白くない、印象に残らない時に使う。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に映画、イベント、贈り物など、期待したものが思ったほど良くなかった時に使う。'by'や'with'の後によく使われる。強い否定ではなく、丁寧な失望表現。
