상대방이 받아들이지 않으면 안 좋은 결과가 따를 거라는 경고와 함께 내리는 마지막 요구나 조건입니다.

주로 협상이나 갈등 등 공식적인 상황에서 사용되며, 매우 엄격하고 양보 없는 요구를 의미합니다. 개인적인 상황에서 쓰면 다소 냉정하거나 위협적으로 들릴 수 있습니다.
