Definition

新しいアイデアや商品などを、特定の人やグループでテストして、うまくいくかや好かれるかを確かめること。

カジュアルな会話でよく使い、「新しいことを誰かで試してみる」意味。例えば「アイデアを友達に試してみる」など。『try』はもっと一般的。

I want to try out my new recipe on my friends.
