強い、非現実的な、または幻覚のような感覚を経験すること。特に薬物による時や、何かに強い驚きや興味を持った時に使う。

とてもカジュアルでスラング的な表現です。薬物の文脈が多いですが、驚きや混乱にも使います。「trip（旅行）」と混同しないでください。
