과학적 연구, 특히 생태학이나 지리학에서 관찰이나 측정을 위해 설정된 직선이나 좁은 구역입니다.

주로 과학적, 특히 생태나 환경 연구에서 사용되며, 'transect 조사', 'transect 분석'과 같이 쓰입니다. 일상에서는 거의 사용하지 않습니다.
