Definition

피곤하거나 힘들어서 발걸음이 무겁고 소리가 나게 걷는 것.

주로 피로하거나 무거운 짐을 들었을 때 무거운 발걸음으로 걷는 상황에 쓰임. 'tramped through the mud', 'up the hill' 등에서 자주 보인다. 'walked'보다 더 힘들고 강한 느낌이며 'stomped'(화남)과는 다르다.
