正在學習新工作或技能的人，通常一邊工作一邊接受培訓。

“trainees” 屬於正式用語，常用在企業和教育環境，指正在接受訓練的人。與“interns”（實習生）不同，重點在於學習新技能而不僅是工作經驗。經常與“program”、“new”、“employee”等一起用。
