トッピングとは、ピザやアイスクリーム、サラダなどの料理の上にのせる追加の具材や材料のことです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にピザやアイスクリーム、ハンバーガー、サラダなどで使われます。「three toppings」のように複数形で選択肢や組み合わせを表します。混ぜ込むソースなどには使いません。上にのせるもの限定です。
