Bir bölgedeki dağ, vadi, nehir gibi doğal yer şekillerinin düzeni ve fiziksel özelliklerini ifade eder.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Daha çok coğrafya, jeoloji ve harita çalışmalarında kullanılır. Sadece doğal yer şekilleri için geçerlidir; insan yapımı unsurlar için kullanılmaz. Sıkça 'mountainous topography', 'study the topography' gibi ifadelerle geçer.
