與當前事件或議題有關的；也可以指直接塗抹在身體某部位的（醫學上）。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

有兩個常見用法：一是在新聞和討論裡指與目前有關的議題（如“topical issue”）；二是在醫學中指外用藥。不要與“topic”混淆。一般不用來形容人。
