「チッパー」はサービスにお金を渡す人、または荷台を持ち上げて荷物を降ろすダンプカーのことを指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

日常会話で人を指す『チッパー』はほとんど使いません。トラックを表す場合は特にイギリス英語でよく使います。「tip-off」（密告）とは異なります。
