"Tilled" geralmente refere-se a terrenos agrícolas e não a jardins ou florestas. Muito usado em contexto agrícola ou descritivo. Vai com 'fields', 'soil', 'land': 'tilled fields', 'freshly tilled'. Não quer dizer só cavar buracos, mas preparar o solo para culturas.
