Definition

“Tier” 指系统、组织或结构中的不同层级或级别。它可以指物理层、依等级划分的类别，或分层体系中的一组。

常用于技术、商业及游戏场合（如“顶级玩家”、“二线城市”）。“Top tier”就是最高层级。不用于建筑的楼层（用“楼层”或“层”表示）。常与“系统”、“服务”、“价格”、“蛋糕”、“联盟”等搭配。
