Passado de 'thrash'. Significa bater em alguém ou algo repetidamente e com força, ou vencer alguém por uma grande diferença, especialmente em desportos ou competição.

'Thrashed' é frequentemente utilizado em desporto para vitórias de grande diferença ('We thrashed them'). Pode significar também bater violentamente. Não se utiliza para pequenas vitórias. Pode sugerir movimentos violentos ('He thrashed in pain'). Bastante corrente na linguagem oral.
