Sağlığı iyileştirmek, hastalıkları yönetmek veya zihinsel ve fiziksel sorunlara çözüm bulmak için uygulanan özel tedavi veya yöntemlerdir. Genellikle tıbbi ya da psikolojik tedavileri ifade eder.
