কাউকে না জানিয়ে বা গোপনে কারো জিনিস চুরি করার ঘটনাগুলোর কথা বোঝায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

মোটামুটি সব ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার হয়, যেমন 'report thefts', 'prevent thefts', 'cases of thefts'। 'Theft' সাধারণত গোপনে/নিরবে চুরিকে বোঝায়, 'robbery' বোঝায় জোরপূর্বক বা হুমকি দিয়ে চুরি। 'Burglary' মানে চুরি করতে বাড়িঘরে ঢুকে পড়া।
