この表現は、相手の言ったことが正しい、または状況をよく表していると認めるときに使う口語的な言い方です。『その通り』や『だいたいそんな感じ』の意味です。

とてもカジュアルで主にイギリス英語圏で使われます。誰かが説明やまとめを述べた後に同意を示す時に使われ、書き言葉にはあまり使いません。
