टेम्पुरा एक जापानी व्यंजन है जिसमें समुद्री भोजन या सब्ज़ियों को हल्के घोल में डुबोकर तलते हैं।

यह शब्द मुख्यतः जापानी व्यंजन के लिए ही प्रयोग होता है। आमतौर पर 'श्रिम्प टेम्पुरा' या 'सब्ज़ी टेम्पुरा' जैसे संयोजन होते हैं। डिपिंग सॉस के साथ परोसा जाता है।
