Falar zangado com alguém porque fez algo errado; ralhar ou repreender alguém.
Usage Notes (Portuguese (PT))
Geralmente informal, usado com crianças, estudantes ou subordinados. Mais forte que 'avisar', menos formal que 'repreender'. Expressões: 'get told off', 'tell someone off for (fazer algo)'. Não quer dizer 'informar'.
